Privacy policy
Scannova Solutions ("Scannova", "we") is based in Accra, Ghana. This policy explains what personal data we collect through scannova.solutions, why, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, email address or phone number, the property location, bedroom count and whether you are asking for a free pilot.
- WhatsApp: if you choose to send your request on WhatsApp, the message you send us there.
- Analytics (only if you allow analytics cookies): pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and the buttons you click, through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
- Advertising measurement (only if you allow marketing cookies): that you visited the site and which actions you took, such as opening WhatsApp, through advertising tools from Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and LinkedIn.
- Your privacy choice: stored in your own browser so we don't ask again on every page.
Why we use it
To reply to your request with a price or pilot date, to arrange and deliver the work you ask for, and to understand which parts of the website help visitors. If you allow marketing cookies, Meta and LinkedIn use information about your visit to measure our ads and to show our ads to people who have visited this site. We do not sell your data. Saying no to analytics or marketing cookies does not change how the site works or how we handle your enquiry.

We may not use every tool listed at all times, and we update this table before adding a new one.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored on our web host (Hostinger), in our business email, and in our customer records system (Airtable). Analytics and advertising data is processed by Google, Microsoft, Meta and LinkedIn. Some of these providers store data outside Ghana, including in the United States and the European Union; we use them because they apply recognised security standards.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. Google Analytics data is kept for no longer than 14 months. Your privacy choice is remembered for 12 months, after which we ask again.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email contact@support.scannova.solutions or WhatsApp +233 55 931 2483. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.
Cookies and your choices
When you first visit, we ask whether you allow analytics cookies, marketing cookies, both, or neither. Nothing in either category loads until you choose, and "Reject all" is as easy as "Accept all". If you withdraw permission later, the tools stop loading and we delete the cookies they stored for this site.
You can also clear this site's data in your browser settings, and you will be asked again on your next visit.
